We have had our house up for sale and like a lot of others, no takers. So we thought we would wait till spring to try again. We have done this before because, it seems, nobody wants our nice little house; so we know the routine. Every day at 800 am or after the real estate calls start coming in trying to get us listed with them. Today was a little different, one called in at 7:45; must be a real go-getter, wants to be the first. If we were smart we probably should go with this guy, he might be the kind that gets out there and beats the bushes for prospects or keeps calling back to people that have seen the house. I personally don't like pests but what's the saying 'nice guys finish last'.
On second thought maybe we'll try Tebowing!
